Here's a bit of shameless self promotion. One of my MMPI pieces is included in the above show. It's a show of work by queer artists at Conrad Wilde Gallery in Tuscon, AZ. One of the gallery directors came across my work and was interested in its relationship to the MMPI and how it pathologizes difference, which was also my interest when I made the work.The Polemics of Love will be at Conrad Wilde Gallery from September 5 to 26, 2009
There are 200 condom packets left from the 500 I had fabricated, and they will be given away at the gallery gratis, as condoms should be.
